    JAMP Application Instructions - Entry Year 2019

    The JAMP Application Opens on May 1, 2018 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time.
    Deadline to submit your application is October 1, 2018 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.

    Download the JAMP Application Handbook for reference while you complete your application.

    Notice of Intent to Apply and Authorization to Release Records

    A JAMP applicant must complete the Notice of Intent to Apply and Authorization to Release Records form and submit it to your JAMP Faculty Director (JFD) before starting the application.  Failure to do so will delay or prevent your application from being considered.

    Application Supporting Documents

    An application to the program is not considered complete until all supporting documents have been submitted.  The applicant’s supporting documents may only be submitted by the JAMP Faculty Director (JFD) and they must be submitted no later than October 15, 2018.  An applicant must meet with his/her JFD prior to starting the application.

    Completing a JAMP Application

    To start the JAMP application you must first register.  Click on the Applicant Login tab at the top of this page to access the application. 

    On the ‘Welcome to the JAMP Application’ page, click on the ‘Register’ tab and complete the section to start your application.

    • You must enter your legal first and last name.  Do not enter your nickname or preferred name.
    • Enter your email address which will be used as your ‘Username’ to login to the application.
    • Select the participating university you are attending.  If you are enrolled in a community college and plan on transferring before submitting your application STOP, you must contact the JAMP Administrative office before you register to be advised.
    • Password must be eight (8) characters in length using a combination of letters, symbols and numbers. (Example: w2#g3$hb)  Memorize your chosen password for future use.

    After you click on the ‘Register’ button at the bottom of the page you will receive your JAMP ID.  Retain your JAMP ID in a safe location and memorize your chosen Password for future use.

    Once you have registered you may start your application.
