Start or Log Into Your Application

The application for Entry Year 2026 opens on
Wednesday, May 1, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time.

Recommended date for JAMP Application submission: September 19, 2025.

The deadline to submit your application is
Thursday, October 3, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time.

• Supporting Documents: October 17, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. CT
• Interview Invitations: December 2025

In order to complete your application to JAMP, you must complete the following:

Application Supporting Documents

1. The following supporting documents must be received by the JAMP Administrative Office no later than October 17, 2025 by 5:00pm CST.

   1. Notice of Intent to Apply & Authorization to Release Records
   2. A copy of applicant's High School Transcript and Class Rank
   3. Student Aid Reports* (FAFSA) for:
      1. 2024–2025 (EFC)
      2. 2025–2026 (SAI)
   4. Letters of Evaluation Form filled out by one of the following:
      • Evaluator #1:
        • JAMP Faculty Director (preferred)
        • University Faculty
      • Evaluator #2:
        • JAMP Faculty Director (preferred)
        • University Faculty
        • High School Counselor/Teacher
        • Work/Volunteer Supervisor
        • Extracurricular Program Coordinator
        • Mentor

2. In addition, applicants may now submit evaluations from one of the two groups:
   

    

   Evaluator #1

   • JFD (preferred) or University Faculty

    

   Evaluator #2

   Individual Qualified to Speak to Core Competencies. May include any of the following:

   • University Faculty
   • High School Counselor/Teacher
   • Work/Volunteer Supervisor
   • Extracurricular Coordinator
   • Mentor

    

3. College Transcripts (any institution enrolled in or has granted college credit)
4. Official University Transcript listing fall and spring grades

CRITERIA UPDATE! SAT/ACT scores are no longer required to apply to JAMP!

Applicants must meet with his or her JAMP Faculty Director (JFD) regarding the submission of all supporting documents. 

An application to the program is not considered complete until all supporting documents have been received by the JAMP Administrative Office.
